BBVA Compass wanted to get the word out about their First-Time Homebuyer Counselling sessions at branches in various markets. Prospects were able to call in advance and sign up for a counselling session with a BBVA Compass leader. Prospects who completed the counselling session were given a discount on their first mortgage if they qualified.
Mindshare Promotions' goal was to build brand awareness in select markets, drive prospects to contact the branch and schedule a session, encourage prospects to attend future BBVA events and drive traffic to their branches. This promotion ran from February 16 through April 2. Stations in Beaumont, Brownsville, Dallas, Houston, Modesto, Phoenix, San Diego, Tucson and Birmingham ran DJ endorsement campaigns using copy points provided by BBVA Compass. Promotions also included digital elements using banner display ads as well as social media mentions on the stations' websites.
